In short: We collect what we need to connect you with a tech and handle the job. We do not sell your personal information. We don't use your location for ads. Before accepting, techs see only your general area, problem and photos; they see your exact location only after they accept. We strip location data from photos automatically. Card numbers go to Stripe, not us.

We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13 (the app is for adults 18+). We ask you not to upload titles, purchase papers, or driver's license numbers.
To match you with techs and run jobs (alerts, ETA, chat, calls); process holds, charges and refunds through Stripe; send service notifications by push notification, in the app, and by email to your account email (charge reminders, receipts and dispute notices) (we don't send texts); run the 24-hour window, reminders, disputes and Callbacks; show ratings and reviews; verify badges; prevent fraud, fake reviews and off-app payment; provide My RV tools (glovebox, reminders, recalls via public NHTSA data, checklists); improve the app; meet legal duties; and, with your separate opt-in, send promotional messages.
Adventurmania does not sell covered information (as defined in NRS 603A.333 ✓) or "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Nevada residents (and anyone else) may still submit a verified request directing us not to sell their covered information at our designated request address: privacy@adventurmania.com (NRS 603A.345 ✓). We'll respond within 60 days (extendable once by up to 30 days with notice).
We don't use any advertising, analytics, tracking or attribution SDKs, and we don't sell or share your information for advertising. We don't allow third parties to collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites or online services when you use RV Pit Crew, except the service providers listed above acting for us. Campground QR codes and UTM links are measured by us only (first-party) and aren't shared with ad networks. Drafting note: crash reporting (e.g., Sentry) is undecided; this policy and the app-store privacy labels must be updated before any crash-reporting or other new SDK is added. [ATTORNEY REVIEW]
Stored privately in your account, encrypted in transit and at rest, in a private bucket. Only you can see it. No staff access by default (any emergency access is logged). Never shared with techs. Delete documents or "Delete all glovebox papers" anytime; removed from our servers within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

We use reasonable security measures (NRS 603A.210 ✓): encryption, access controls, multi-factor authentication on admin accounts, row-level security, and short-lived file links. Payment cards are handled by PCI-compliant Stripe (NRS 603A.215 ✓). No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your unencrypted personal information, we'll notify you as required by law (NRS 603A.220 ✓ and other states' laws).
We'll post the updated policy with a new effective date. For material changes we'll notify you by push notification and in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect, and we'll ask for consent again where the law requires it (for example, a new use of precise location).
